PawEssentials Return & Refund Policy

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

Eligible For Return:

• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Wrong item received
• Item never arrived

Not Eligible For Return:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Item opened and used (unless defective)

Refund Process:

• Customer contacts support at PawEssentialsShop@gmail.com
• Provide order number and photo of issue
• Refund processed within 3-5 business days to original payment method

Shipping Costs:

• Defective/wrong item — we cover return shipping
• All other returns — customer covers return shipping
